Welcome to the Fibre Optic Technology Network (FOToN). This is a European network to promote the effective and efficient use of fibre optic technology within Europe.  The network is made up of Regional Groups, each representing countries within the EU. The groups are responsible for identifying common issues and concerns to the fibre industry and to coordinate collaborative research. To participate in FOToN, you need to register your details and interests with the appropriate Regional Group. Membership is free and available to all members of the EU.
